§1 Scope of application
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 2(3) Consumer Rights Act 2015) or businesses (Section 2(1) Companies Act 2006) via the online shop of MoonWool OÜ (hereinafter the “Seller”).
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.

§3 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer makes a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order via an order confirmation by e-mail or ships the goods.
§4 Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax.
(2) In addition to the prices shown, shipping costs apply, clearly displayed on the “Shipping Costs” page and during the ordering process.
(3) For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), customs duties or additional costs may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
§5 Delivery and shipping
(1) Delivery takes place within Europe to the address provided by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are indicated in the respective product offer.
(3) If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
§6 Payment
(1) The customer may choose from the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, instant transfer, etc.).
(2) The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
(3) In case of late payment, the seller reserves the right to charge reasonable reminder fees.
§7 Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of the seller.
§8 Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter) to the address specified in §2 or to [email protected]

(3) In the event of withdrawal, all payments, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the return.
§9 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For business customers, the warranty period is one year from the delivery of the goods.
(3) Natural wear and improper handling are excluded from the warranty.
§10 Liability
(1) The seller is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the seller is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
(3) Any further liability is excluded.
(4) The liability limitations also apply to the seller’s legal representatives and agents.

(1) The protection of personal data is important to us.

§12 Dispute Resolution
(1) The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

(2) The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
§13 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the United Kingdom applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
(3) Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
