1. Shipping area
We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union (EU) as well as selected European countries outside the EU.
Shipping is carried out directly from our European warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight, and carrier.
As we are currently building our Europe-wide shipping network, exact shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.

If shipping costs cannot be displayed temporarily, we will inform the customer immediately by email about the applicable fees or offer a free cancellation of the order.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times within Europe vary depending on the country:
- Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
- EU countries: approx. 3–8 business days
- Non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway): approx. 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Should an item be out of stock or delivery time delayed, the customer will of course be informed immediately.
4. Shipping provider
We ship our packages with reliable partners such as: DHL, DPD, Hermes, GLS, or Deutsche Post.
The respective provider is automatically selected based on the shipping destination and package size.
5. Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom), additional customs or import duties may apply.
These costs are to be borne by the buyer and are not covered by the seller.
6. Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number (tracking link) to monitor the delivery status online at any time.
7. Returns
Returns are possible within the legal withdrawal period. For more details, please refer to our Right of withdrawal policy.
Important: Please send returns only after prior consultation to the return address specified in the order confirmation.
